Customer Service Desk

Our Customer Service Desk is located on the Lower Mall near JD Sports.

Opening hours:

Monday to Friday: 9am to 8pm
Saturday: 9am to 7pm
Sunday: 11am to 5pm

Our team can help with general enquiries, centre information and gift cards.

Free WiFi

Stay connected during your visit with free guest WiFi throughout the centre.
Simply select ‘Highcross Leicester’ from your available networks and follow the instructions to connect.

Family Facilities

Family and accessible toilet facilities are available within the centre, including baby changing areas and changing tables to help make family visits easier and more comfortable.

Quiet Hour

Every Saturday from 9am to 10am, Highcross hosts Quiet Hour, a calmer, low-sensory shopping experience designed to create a more relaxed environment for visitors.

Multi-Faith Room

Our Multi-Faith Room is open to visitors of all faiths and none, offering a quiet space for prayer, reflection or meditation.
The room is located on the Lower Mall alongside our customer facilities.

Water Bottle Refill Station

A hands-free water bottle refill station is available on the Upper Mall near the toilets between Zara and Jo Malone London.
