Accessible Parking

Across our two car parks, Highcross offers 179 disabled parking bays located across multiple levels for convenient access into the centre.
Accessible parking is clearly signposted throughout both car parks.

Step-Free Access

Highcross provides step-free access throughout the centre, with lifts and escalators available across all mall levels.
Whether you're using a wheelchair, mobility aid or pushchair, the centre is designed to support easy and comfortable movement throughout your visit.

Quiet Hour

Every Saturday from 9am to 10am, Highcross hosts Quiet Hour, creating a calmer, lower-sensory shopping environment for visitors who may benefit from a more relaxed experience.

Visitor Support

We’re proud to have trained First Aiders, Wellbeing Champions and Safety Champions available within the centre to help support visitors when needed.
