Hope Against Cancer: Bright and Blue

This June, Highcross Leicester will become the home of Bright and Blue, a community fundraising campaign organised by Hope Against Cancer that brings together businesses, schools and local communities across Leicestershire and Rutland.

For one dedicated week, the former Goldsmiths unit will be transformed into a vibrant fundraising and awareness hub, hosting a variety of activities, challenges, performances and interactive experiences designed to raise vital funds for cancer research.

Bright and Blue encourages people to turn blue for a good cause, whether through fundraising, activities, entertainment or simply showing support. Throughout the week, visitors will be invited to take part in a range of fun and engaging experiences while learning more about the important work Hope Against Cancer carries out across the region.

Expect a lively programme of events suitable for all ages, with opportunities to donate, get involved and support a charity dedicated to funding life-saving cancer research and improving patient care.

About Bright and Blue

Bright and Blue is a community fundraising campaign that encourages local businesses, shops, schools and organisations across Leicestershire and Rutland to support Hope Against Cancer during a dedicated week in June.

Participants are encouraged to decorate, dress or organise activities in blue while raising funds in ways that suit their organisation and community.
