Umami Brings Its Local World Kitchen to Highcross Leicester
Highcross Leicester has welcomed an exciting new addition to its food and drink offering this summer as Umami opening its doors on Wednesday 29th July, bringing a unique dining experience inspired by flavours from around the world. Built around its Local World Kitchen philosophy, Umami is more than just a restaurant. Its designed to bring people together over great food, it celebrates the idea that the world feels a little smaller around a shared table, where familiar favourites sit alongside exciting global flavours.
Guests will be able to explore more than 250 freshly prepared dishes inspired by cuisines from around the world, including British carvery favourites, Chinese, Japanese, Indian, Italian and Continental cuisine. Live Teppanyaki grills, pizza oven stations and chefs preparing fresh dishes throughout the day create an interactive dining experience that's perfect for everything from family meals and celebrations to relaxed lunches and evenings out with friends.
