We’re looking for a passionate team member to play a key role in helping us grow our brand at Highcross Shopping Centre. While previous experience in jewellery is ideal, it's not essential – what matters most is a genuine love for jewellery, professionalism, and a friendly, approachable manner.
Main Responsibilities:
- Use effective communication skills to understand customers' needs and complete sales.
- Maintain an organised and professional shop appearance.
- Share your ideas through reports to team leaders on how we can enhance sales and customer satisfaction.
