Celebrate Lunar New Year at Highcross!

Join us in celebrating the Year of the Snake on the 1st February. We have partnered with Cosmopolitan Arts to provide a vibrant, family-friendly event that will bring the heart of Leicester alive with culture, tradition, and excitement.

Event Highlights

• 1 PM - 6 PM: Highcross Leicester will host a variety of live performances, featuring traditional Chinese dances, music on classic instruments, and breath-taking acrobatics.
• 2:30 PM: Don’t miss the iconic Lion Dance performances across the city centre and around Highcross.
• 3 PM - 4:30 PM: Enjoy free “make and take” workshops, perfect for all ages to craft their own Lunar New Year keepsakes.
